Topics

A scientific program o the School will consist of lectures (60 min), invited (40 min), oral (20 min), and poster presentations which cover three main topics:

• Electronic properties of low-dimensional systems (L);
• Structures and properties of the semiconductors with impurities of transition elements  (Т);
• New Electronic phenomena and materials (NM).
